Capital Punishment is Injustice with Victim

Well Delhi is aggressive and collaboratively protesting against the Rapists of 23 year old paramedical student. Everyone is demanding “capital punishment” for the six rapists in fast track courts.

If I go with the majority who demands capital punishment, will this solve the problem? How it can be a lesson to the potential criminals and how it could be justice with the victim? Due to these bastards that girl is on ventilator and suffering so much, maybe she will suffer whole life for her one single mistake of boarding a wrong bus. Suppose tomorrow someone does magic to this government and the case is gone to fast track court and the criminals would be hanged in 10 days on December 31, 2012. People would become happy to have victory; everyone will think that they have brought justice to this girl. I ask to all the advocates of capital punishment, “how you can compare the suffering of person for whole life with the suffering of 10 days”. These criminals will live in fear for next 10 days and die after that, they would be free of their “troubles” but this girl would suffer for whole life. Other criminals will also be afraid for some time say maximum of 6 months or 1 year but after that everyone would forget about these incidents and punishments and next year another ghoulish crime would happen then we will start digging the old graves and on the same lines we will give capital punishment to those criminals. In this cycle the victim suffers for whole life but the criminal for a very small time. Is this what we call justice??

What actually should happen, if we really want to punish these people???

Take them into custody, beat them brutally and then put them into hospitals, remove one eye, one lung, some of the other important bones, cut the private parts and leave them so that they can just “stay alive”. Donate the removed parts to some really challenged person (at least some visually challenged can see this world) and that would be real punishment for these type of people. When anyone will look into their condition that person would be reminded of really bad consequences of crime, this would be a real lesson to the criminals. Putting them into jails and spending the tax payers hard earned money is never a wiser decision, this money should be used for some other purposes so that this kind of criminals doesn’t born again.
Nobody is born criminal, only situations make him criminal and the judiciary system or the punishment consequences which are not harsh enough, encourage him of doing crimes. If we would be able to suppress the situations and put fear of bad consequences then only we can expect a good society.

“Death is not fearful, living is fearful” If you are killing someone then you are making him happy, he is getting rid of his sufferings. But if you are forcing him "to live" life then that is real punishment.

In the end I want justice for the Victim girl and I want a “real justice”, if she is suffering 5% for her life these people should suffer 95%, you cannot give them an easy death. Capital punishment to the criminals would be injustice for the victim.
